Our story
TCHQ Communications was founded on a simple frustration: too many good organizations were doing important work that nobody heard about. We started as a one-desk operation in Frankfort and grew into a full service shop covering strategy, media relations, content, and creative.
Today we serve associations, state and local agencies, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and businesses that need a communications partner rather than a vendor. Our size is deliberate — it keeps us fast, candid, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
